About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN - Ortho Spine to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of providing whole-person care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty.
