Keys to Success:

Qualifications:
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington and/or Oregon.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public works transportation.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and EITs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Skilled in specification writing and engineering cost estimation.
  • Interest or experience in business development and client relationship management.
