About the Role

ClinDCast LLC is seeking a highly skilled Epic Cupid Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our clinical workflow team, you will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and validating applications, as well as providing go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and upgrade Epic Cupid applications to ensure seamless functionality
  • Validate configurations to ensure compliance with clinical standards
  • Provide go-live support to ensure a smooth transition for users
  • Support users with troubleshooting, analysis, and reporting
  • Design and implement test plans to ensure data integrity
  • Document outcomes and create reports to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 3 years of Epic Cupid Certification and build experience
  • 3 years of Cardiology workflow knowledge (Invasive and Non-Invasive)
  • Willingness to learn and work on other Cardiology systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Desired: Epic Data Courier knowledge, experience with Apollo, ISCV, Xcelera, PedCath, PaceArt, GE MacLab/CardioLab, MUSE, CBORD, Medstreaming
  • Understanding of DICOM, HL7, IHE, and other health standards
