Role Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of CerebralRx. This position involves delivering outstanding customer service while enhancing operational efficiency. A comprehensive understanding of the pharmacy sector is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee remote prescription data entry for CerebralRx.
  • Manage on-site prescription processing.
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately.
  • Assist clients with pharmacy-related inquiries.
  • Handle prior authorization requests efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments.
  • Engage with patients through various communication channels with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with prescribers and medical staff.
  • Proactively resolve prescription-related challenges.
  • Navigating proprietary EMR systems proficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Board of Pharmacy technician registration.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Home office equipped with reliable internet and privacy measures.
  • Preferred qualifications include:
    • PTCB certification or equivalent.
    • Experience in mail-order and central fill pharmacy operations.
    • Familiarity with EnterpriseRx and EMR systems.
    • Previous supervisory experience.
