Financial Leadership Role - Onsite Opportunity

This is a key leadership position that oversees all aspects of financial management, ensuring the accurate processing of transactions and accounting data. Our client is a trusted provider committed to delivering complete fire protection, security, communications, and electrical solutions that protect lives and ensure business continuity.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee timely and accurate financial data processing
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Assist with preparation of information required for fiscal year-end financial statement audit and corporate tax returns
  • Research GAAP accounting treatment for new processes
  • Maintain knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Support implementation of a new ERP system and train key resources
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
  • Greater than five (5) years of related experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related areas
  • Familiarity with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Project accounting experience
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile financial data
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP; Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
