Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in New Jersey.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans on patients, following established protocols and procedures
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort, adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing clear and concise information
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with ACR specifications
Requirements:
  • ARRT RT (R) and ARRT RT (CT) certifications
  • New Jersey State X-Ray License
  • BLS Certification
  • HS diploma/GED and completion of a Radiographer Technical training program
