Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a fully engaged and high-performing MMA team
  • Manage the Ultimate Schedule and ensure revenue goals are met
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of various training techniques and DotFIT program
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Physical ability to lift heavy weights and stand for long periods

Salary Range: $58,000 - $78,000 per year
