Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Repair Lead to join our team in Missoula, MT. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading our team of technicians in the repair and reconstruction of damaged properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to ensure timely completion of projects.">
• Work closely with our project managers to develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.">
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.">
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.">

Requirements

• ">
• At least 2 years of experience in hanging, taping, and texturing drywall.">
• Experience in installing cabinetry and trim.">
• Knowledge of residential and commercial building repairs, including carpentry and finishing techniques.">
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.">
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.">
