Job Summary

As a Geek Squad Installation Helper at Best Buy, you will be part of a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences by providing expert installation and support services for consumer electronics. Your role will involve accompanying experienced Agents to customers' homes to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and repair of electronic devices. You will be responsible for integrating and networking consumer electronic equipment, providing product placement advice, and working independently or as part of a two-person team to manage inventory and vehicle maintenance. Additionally, you will process paperwork and payment, provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams, and complete in-store repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert installation and support services for consumer electronics
• Integrate and network consumer electronic equipment
• Offer product placement advice to customers
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team to manage inventory and vehicle maintenance
• Process paperwork and payment
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams
• Complete in-store repairs

Requirements

• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with the use of support tools
• Basic qualifications include ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
