  4. Verify loan documents, including income, assets, credit, and title insurance, to guarantee loan approvability and salability.

  5. Review conditions of approval, order necessary documents, and clean up files to ensure efficient loan processing.

  6. Meet deadlines, attend team meetings, and perform assigned duties to contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required.

  • 5+ years of mortgage processing experience required.
