Job Summary

As a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Memorial Hermann Health System, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our inpatient and outpatient populations. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team of multidisciplinary healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide neuropsychological assessment and psychological treatment services to patients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of neuropsychological testing, including scheduling patients and monitoring productivity.
  • Interact effectively with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Train and supervise psychology residents, practicum students, and fellows.
  • Perform primary therapist duties, including interacting with external case managers, DARS, insurance company representatives, employers, schools, and other healthcare providers.
  • Complete special projects, such as presentations, research, and other assignments as needed.
Requirements
  • Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology.
  • Successful completion of an APA-accredited predoctoral internship or a formal postdoctoral training program in neuropsychology.
  • Board eligible or board certified.
  • Current license to practice psychology from the Texas Board of Examiners of Psychology.
  • One year of prior experience as a member of a multidisciplinary team in a rehabilitation or psychiatric setting.
