This is a 13-week contract position with a competitive weekly pay range of $2009 to $2232. The shift is 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) with guaranteed hours not specified.

Requirements:
  • Active Washington license required
  • National certification from NBSTSA, BLS, IAHCSMM
  • Vascular and thoracic experience
  • Ability to float as required
  • Call shifts: Three weeknight call shifts (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.) and three weekend call shifts (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) per 6-week schedule
  • Call response time is 30 minutes
Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and beautiful city with an abundance of attractions and activities. As a CST, you will be exposed to a range of surgeries including General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Vascular, Thoracic, and Transplant surgeries. You will also have the opportunity to engage with a diverse patient age group: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics.

You will participate in a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional advancement. The orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours, and you will be required to complete modules pre-start and annually (approximately 16 non-billable hours, over 20 hours requires approval).
