Role Summary:
  • Evaluate medical malpractice insurance policies for appropriate coverage
  • Administer professional liability claims and related legal actions
  • Investigate coverage disputes and select legal representation
  • Supervise litigation processes with external legal counsel
  • Facilitate settlement negotiations and assist insured clients
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in claims handling (medical malpractice experience preferred)
  • Exceptional negotiation and mediation abilities
  • Juris Doctor or Bachelor's degree with pertinent industry experience
  • Possession of an adjuster's license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
