Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all maintenance operations, including scheduled maintenance, repairs, and equipment enhancements.
- Lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals, offering guidance, training, and performance assessments.
- Formulate and execute maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Administer maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices while upholding safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to strategize and implement maintenance projects, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Guarantee adherence to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and ongoing improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally within the chemical or manufacturing sectors.
- In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on developing a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset towards maintenance challenges.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial environment.
