Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Ambassador to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Lafayette, IN. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest room is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make all the difference in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed, and ensure that all rooms are fully equipped for guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time; must be physically able to perform job requirements.
