Our goal is to help clients reduce energy costs while minimizing their environmental impact. We are seeking a qualified Service Operations Manager to lead our expanding service team.

ROLE SUMMARY:
This position is accountable for overseeing service operations, nurturing client relationships, and meeting service profitability targets.

The Service Operations Manager will supervise a team and subcontractors, manage service contracts, and ensure adherence to service agreements related to HVAC and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities include planning, estimating, and proposing new service initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage profitability through team leadership.
- Organize and delegate tasks; assist team members in setting objectives.
- Evaluate and document team performance.
- Conduct site visits to assess equipment condition.
- Guide and oversee team members to optimize productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment and motivate team members.
- Address client concerns in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team as needed.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and materials.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and reports.
- Anticipate workforce needs and profitability levels.
- Manage contract renewals and respond to service cancellations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

SALES TARGETS:
- Achieve project sales goals of at least $450,000.
- Promote new business opportunities and upgrades to existing contracts.
- Provide sales teams with qualified leads.
- Encourage field technicians to identify and close new opportunities.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
- Assist in the recruitment, evaluation, and management of team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Service Technician, Service Manager, Project Sales Representative, or Operations Manager role.
- 5 years of experience managing commercial accounts.
- Background in commercial, educational, governmental, or industrial sectors.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Professionalism and negotiation capabilities.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role operates in a professional setting and requires travel to client appointments and job sites, as well as the ability to inspect mechanical equipment.

Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
