Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Blink Fitness. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

About the Role:

  • You will greet every member and guest with a warm smile and a genuine interest in their well-being.
  • Tour potential members around the club, highlighting the unique features and benefits that set us apart.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner, always ready to assist with any inquiry or concern.
  • Execute all opening/closing operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Handle member requests and concerns with empathy and urgency, striving to exceed expectations at every turn.
  • Participate in maintaining a spotless facility, including frequent bending, lifting, and walking to organize equipment and straighten up.
  • Sign members up for startup sessions with our expert Personal Trainers, setting them up for success on their fitness journey.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance, demonstrating a strong commitment to our team and our members.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, adhering to our high standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable – a natural people person with a contagious smile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively interact with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally, showcasing physical stamina and dexterity.
  • Able to remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday, demonstrating focus and attentiveness.
  • World-class customer service skills, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering a sense of community among our members.
  • Able to work hard, multitask, and solve problems with ease, navigating complex situations with poise and confidence.
