Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier for Cereal Killerz inside HallPass. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Customers: Greet all customers with a smile and a friendly greeting, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Take Orders: Assist and take customers' orders, using approved suggestive selling techniques to help customers who are undecided.
  • Operate Cash Register: Operate a cash register, accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Perform Side Work: Perform side work duties as directed by manager, including cleaning tables and counters in the dining room area and maintaining cleanliness of the facility.
  • Communicate with Team: Communicate special instructions between the Kitchen Staff, Servers, Delivery Staff, and Management, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Menu Knowledge: Be responsible for knowing the menu, including ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.
  • Stocking and Cleaning: Stock food products, perform side work duties as directed by manager, clean tables and counters in the dining room area, and maintain cleanliness of their work station.
  • Order Organization: Organize orders for table deployment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Service: Make drinks, take orders, clear and clean tables, and ensure work area is clean and orderly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Cash Operating Experience: 3-6 months of cash operating experience.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year plus of recent Customer Service experience.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable standing for entire shift, comfortable lifting 40 lbs. on a regular basis, and comfortable operating a cash register.
  • Flexibility: Flexible on hours, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive pay and benefits, including a starting hourly rate of $19.00.
