We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist - Recruiter to support our team in Germantown, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting passive candidates, providing HR support to managers, and experience in leadership and people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Provide HR guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in recruiting passive candidates.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
