Cocktail Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at StepStone Hospitality. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service.

• Mix and Serve Drinks: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Manage the Bar Area: Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, restocking supplies and linens as needed.
• Provide Excellent Service: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with Inventory and Ordering: Assist in ordering and requisitioning liquors and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
• Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures, and notify management of any guest complaints or concerns.
