About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator for our customer, County Prestress & Precast, LLC. This role is ideal for individuals with experience using Microsoft Office products and strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Review purchase order requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies and corresponding requests for information, when required.
- Communicate timely confirmation of all purchase order requests and resolve any issues.
- Create and issue purchase orders or warehouse transfers from purchase order requests.
- Resolve purchase order discrepancies, including pricing, quantity, and shipping issues.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers, internal requestors, and team members to ensure effective and timely processing of purchase order requests.
- Maintain accurate purchase order and vendor files.
- Coordinate with internal logistics personnel and third-party freight carriers to ensure complete and timely shipment and delivery.
- Review and process all receiving documents and resolve any errors.
- Collaborate with the Accounting department to ensure timely financial obligations are met.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to resolve purchasing issues.
- Negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and maintain superior customer service at all times.
- 3 plus years of purchasing experience preferred.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
