Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct therapy to clients in various settings, including clinics, homes, and community environments.
  • Collect accurate data on client progress and maintain detailed session notes.
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including BCBAs, parents, and other therapists, to ensure consistent and effective therapy.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual with strong organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check.
