Job Responsibilities
  • To work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) assisting students with their behavior needs under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • To provide one-on-one support to students ensuring they reach their individualized goals set by the BCBA
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or similar role
  • Pediatric experience is highly preferred but not necessary for qualified applicants
