Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with HexaQuEST Global, you will be working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Duluth, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic team environment. This is a 12-hour night shift position with a guaranteed number of hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota.
• BSN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in ICU nursing, preferably in a travel setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
