Mergers and Acquisitions Risk Specialist

At Diedre Moire Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Risk Specialist to join our team. As an M&A Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing merger and acquisition agreements from an insurance risk perspective. Your expertise will be crucial in uncovering, isolating, and quantifying pre-and-post-closing liabilities. You will also verify that liabilities assumption is accurate and based on agreements between parties and stakeholders. Additionally, you will validate liabilities offsetting assets and lender insurance requirements. Your analysis will also cover corporate control change risks and review final insurance and indemnity provisions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry and earn a competitive salary of $250,000 to $400,000 per year, plus bonus. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including health club membership, company-paid family medical insurance, matched 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and on-site parking.
