Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences for customers
  • Execute cash handling to standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Engage customers on benefits of our rewards program and complete enrollments
  • Educate customers on our Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Assist with omnichannel processes
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations
  • Cross-trained in custom framing selling and production
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
Work Environment

Public retail store setting, taking care of our customers. All public areas are climate-controlled, with some stock rooms not being climate-controlled. Some outdoor work may be assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
