Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. You will work in an outpatient dialysis center, providing individualized care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
