East Rock Coffee is a vibrant and dynamic company seeking an experienced Coffee Connoisseur to join our team. As a Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs, maintaining a clean and tidy work area, and following health and safety guidelines.

We are looking for a skilled individual who can welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs, educate them about the origins of our coffee, foods, and culture, and sell coffees and coffee brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and preparation techniques. A strong attention to detail and ability to listen and communicate effectively are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.
