Shelter Monitor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shelter Monitor to join our team at Dreamville Staffing. As a Shelter Monitor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents, while also providing exceptional support and services to those in need.

• Assist residents with daily tasks and activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Perform client intake procedures, including running background checks and preparing client intake records.
• Monitor resident activity, ensuring compliance with house rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and complete records and logs, including statistics and incident reports.
• Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including participating in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.

• Verify client information, including hospital stays and medical needs.
• Supervise daily cleaning of the facility and ensure that all areas are clean and safe.
• Respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner, following established policies and procedures.
• Assist with seasonal program events and other duties as assigned.
