The Nanny League, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Household Manager and Nanny to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our family of five, including three children with neurodivergent needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage household duties, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands
- Provide emotional support and care to our children, including emotional regulation and conflict resolution
- Assist with childcare responsibilities, such as school pickups, appointments, and activities
- Plan engaging activities for the children and assist with homework and responsibilities
- Manage household organization, including unboxing and organizing kids' closets, handling donations and returns, and restocking supplies
- Provide executive functioning support for chores, homework, and responsibilities
- Drive children to appointments and activities, with gas and mileage reimbursement provided
- 2+ years of experience in childcare and household management
- BA/BS college degree or AA in related field of study
- CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
- Ability to make a one-year commitment
- Passion for working with children
- Excellent work and personal references
- U.S. driver's license
- Complete Stop the Silence Training upon membership
- Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
- Competent swimmer
- Non-smoker
- Willing to undergo extensive background check and Live-Scan registration with Trustline (if CA resident)
- Willingness to show proof of immunizations
- No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- $35/hr gross via payroll
- 5 paid sick days
- 10 days PTO
- Federal holidays off
