Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Guy F. Atkinson Construction, LLC. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing building frameworks and structures made from wood and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct, repair, and install building frameworks and structures made from wood and other materials
  • Construct, erect, repair, and dismantle built-in-place or prefabricated forms for concrete structures
  • Construct formwork for placement of concrete
  • Assemble columns or wall formwork (gang forms, stick build, slip forms, etc.)
  • Erect temporary handrails and associated safety-related items
  • Sawing, stripping, nailing, burning, measuring, tightening/loosening bolts and drilling

Supervisory Responsibilities: The Carpenter Foreman will supervise, coordinate, and schedule a crew of eight (8) or more carpenters.
