Position Overview

BOSA Restaurant LLC is on the lookout for a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team.

Inspired by the picturesque coastal town of Sardinia, our establishment offers a unique dining experience that highlights fresh, local ingredients, with a particular focus on seafood and signature pizzas crafted by our owner/restaurateur. Our bar features an extensive selection of classic and innovative cocktails, alongside a curated wine and craft beer list.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, including both traditional cocktails and our exclusive creations.
  • Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and ensure a delightful and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked, replenishing supplies as necessary.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Process cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in bartending is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cocktail recipes and mixing methods.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Must meet the legal age requirements for alcohol service.
  • TIPS certification is required.

Compensation

$6.75 per hour, plus tips.
