Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team at Hillside - a HumanGood community. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in their private residences, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and assist with dining activities
  • Escort residents to medical and social appointments, and assist with errands
  • Perform home management tasks, such as housekeeping, laundry, and shopping
  • Document daily records and report unusual symptoms or problems to supervisors
Requirements
  • Preferred caregiving experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
