Primary Responsibilities

The role entails managing a significant caseload of litigation matters. The following tasks are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform this job successfully under the guidance of a partner:
  • Draft, prepare, and manage pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda.
  • Draft and respond to written discovery requests and dispositive motions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research with competence and proficiency.
  • Prepare and conduct depositions of parties and expert witnesses.
  • Review client documents, draft case evaluations, and status report correspondence.
  • Assist in mediations and represent clients in court appearances.

Licensure Requirement: Candidates must be licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.
