Halcyon Nurse Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Waimea, Hawaii.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Department at Queen's North Hawai'i Community Hospital. As a contract RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Hawaii.
- Experience working in an Emergency Department or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
