We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Stem Cell Transplant Unit at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care to patients undergoing stem cell transplants, both autologous and allogeneic.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to the standards of care defined by UAMS, ANA, and specialty patient population guidelines.
- Collect and document assessment data, develop and implement individualized Plans of Care, and evaluate patient progress toward desired outcomes.
- Provide effective patient and family education, discharge planning, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Act as a resource and support for colleagues, contributing to a positive work environment that fosters clinical education and teamwork.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing.
- Valid RN License and one year of Registered Nursing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and strong work ethics and accountability.
- Two years or more of nursing experience with current BLS certification.
