Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the Sunny Days Sunshine Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing play-based, naturalistic care to children with various challenges, including learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties, and motor development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct developmental screenings and assessments to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide Speech Language Pathology services, including coaching family members and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over in home and community settings
Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through addressing specific goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the team
Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families, in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations

Requirements:

Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) license
We will consider a CFY or SLPA
Outpatient pediatric clinic experience is a plus
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills
