Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and our customers, creating a unique experience for them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing our proprietary selling process, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and KPIs
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients of current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintain store standards and perform any other duties as requested by management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to listen effectively
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand
