We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on 9 North, a 32-bed medical floor at Dearborn Hospital. As a member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care to adults and geriatric patients with a variety of medical conditions and disease processes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Provide patient-centered care, incorporating patient and family input and goals into the plan of care
- Develop and implement teaching strategies for patients and families, documenting education and learning in the health record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Specialty certification highly recommended within 2 years
