Epic Travel Staffing is currently seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.
Position Overview- Specialty: Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room
- Discipline: RN
- Employment Type: Travel
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Active California RN License
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a pediatric emergency department within a children's hospital
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in computerized charting
- Experience in triage, IV starts, telemetry, and conscious sedation
- Preferred qualifications include de-escalation training and certifications such as ENPC, CPEN, TCRN, or CEN
- Experience with electronic documentation and teaching hospitals is advantageous
- Trauma Level I & II experience is preferred
