About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist and Developmental Coach to join our team at Dream Big Children's Center. This is a unique opportunity to work with children with autism, developing individualized treatment plans and providing guidance to behavior therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight for clients and support behavior therapists in implementing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) on assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize naturalistic ABA principles.
  • Mentor and support the professional growth of behavior therapists to ensure effective implementation of ABA techniques.
  • Analyze data and regularly monitor progress, presenting findings and discussing child development with BCBAs.
  • Prepare progress reports as required by funding sources.
  • Hold behavior therapists accountable to ethical codes and ensure adherence to behavior plans.
  • Conduct regular meetings with BCBAs to review client progress and therapist performance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Enrolled in a graduate program recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or certified as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.
  • At least two years of experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism.
  • Complete TB test and livescan clearance.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
