- Operate various tools and equipment, such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings, as well as power tools, such as snakes, jack hammers, electrical test devices, grinders, drills, and saws
- Provide excellent customer service and present work in a professional manner
- Assist with property maintenance and landscaping tasks
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Basic experience with property maintenance and landscaping
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
