Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and ambitious clinician to join our team as a Junior Program Manager (BCBA in Training). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to our learners while accumulating the necessary fieldwork hours to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans for learners on caseload
- Conduct productive parent training sessions and provide guidance to staff
- Assist in identifying areas of growth for the center and execute plans for improvement
- Staff management, including providing positive and constructive feedback, ongoing training, and conducting staff meetings
