About the Role:

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team at our Distribution Center in Rocklin, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Filling: Utilize a Voice Collect headset to select and stage merchandise for transport, while efficiently fulfilling orders via foot or forklift.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely shipment of products to our retail locations.
  • Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with team members to achieve safe and productive warehouse operations, adhering to company safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
