**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Coordinator to join our team at Teamwork Speech Therapy Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services to children and their families, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across our multidisciplinary teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the referral process, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication with clients and families.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate the system and access necessary resources.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in child development, psychology, special education, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse populations.
  • Valid California driver's license and insurance, with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 per year, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401K matching. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Estimated Salary: $87,500 per year
