  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial painting applications.
  • Conduct thorough estimates and cost analyses for potential projects, ensuring accurate projections and efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion, maintaining open communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, upholding the highest industry standards.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the painting industry, with a strong background in coatings and commercial painting techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
