We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot Problems: Use your diagnostic skills to identify and repair issues with vehicles, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioner, and coolant systems.
- Inspect and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and perform repairs as needed.
- Continuously Learn: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through formal training sessions and on-the-job experience.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs.
- Certifications: ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes and State inspection licenses and/or MAC certified.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
