About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Silverado. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory impairments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as dining and mobility
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any changes to the nursing team
Requirements
  • Personal or professional experience as a caregiver or caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or another debilitating illness preferred
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
