Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position. As a Speech and Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in a school setting, providing individualized support to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and occupational therapy needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Arkansas state OT licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment and adapt to changing circumstances
