Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position. As a Speech and Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in a school setting, providing individualized support to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and occupational therapy needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Arkansas state OT licensure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment and adapt to changing circumstances
