Bartender

Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Mountain Top Bar & Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Take customer orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen staff
• Deliver customer orders in a timely and friendly fashion
• Assist the Restaurant and Bar Manager and kitchen staff as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
